Search return for Created Date

Hi All,

When doing a search for all incidents created yesterday in the system, i get no results, any suggestion why this is?


Im planning on using this search as a base for a count in one of my portal pages.

    This seems to be working for me and I do recall this being a previous bug in the portal, what version of the portal are you running?

    Wow that is an old version.. I would advise upgrading and then you should be good :-)

    Are you able to specify at what version is this issue fixed?

    Hi Huw,

    It's quite hard to track down because of how far behind your version is, but I think it was around the 9.4 mark. But I would heavily advise going to 10.2.4

    Can the portal be upgraded without upgrading all of SCSM?

    The portal can be upgraded without needing to upgrade SCSM that is correct.
