Manual Activity Resolution in the Action Log?
I've tried Googling this one to no result, so I figure I'd throw this out to this awesome community. Our organization is beginning to shift toward manual activities for Service Requests and I'm wondering how we can make the completion of a manual activity appear on the action log.
For End Users, we are looking to make the Activities tab visible so they can see the status of their requests, but we would also like to find another way to displaying who and when manual activities are completed at a glance.
Has anyone done anything to monkey with what shows up in the Action Log?
