Mysterious Notification to affected user
i realised that when entering a comment in the action log of a incident the affected user will recieve a email and i have absolutly no idea which subscription causes this :) It seems this is something "portal-internal" as i have only 4 subscriptions active in the SCSM-console and none of them causes this.
Does anybody know what triggers this and how i can change, e.g. the template ?
