Team Work / my Work is empty
in our new portal we have an Incident Tier Queue, whose Analysts do not see any Incidents under Team Work. One of them does not even see any Incidents under My Work. Of course we mapped the Tier Queue to the right AD group. All of them are members of a Security role which has full access to all work items.
When we build a view for them, with all work items - They see all Incidents and are able to open all of them.
Yesterday I truncated the Last Modified Table, restarted the Portal Server, nothing helped. There are also no errors in the cachebuilder log. I compared the Distinguished Name of the group in AD and SCSM, everything is fine.
Has anyone experienced something like that?
