We recommend reviewing what is submitted before posting, in case your idea has already been submitted by another community member. If it has been submitted, vote for that existing feature request (by clicking the up arrow) to increase its opportunity of being added to Cireson solutions.

A way to easily mark that there is an update to an Incident or a Service Request
It would be really usefull is there was an extra column for the Work items, indicating that there has been some kind of an update to the Work Item ( Incident / Service Request). It could be by using an icon to indicate that the IR/SR has an update.
Last modified does not really cut it. The icon would make it easy to get a quick overview of whats new in a long list of Work items for the servicedesk.
