Adding a picture on the top of the request offering page

The customer wishes an image at this position (see yellow bar - so beyond the bottom bar) on each side of the portal.

Where do I have to add that to get this? It would already be an approvement to get that for the request offerings.

And yes, I'll have to do this in a html or js file, since that is not configureable as far as I know.

I found a file index.html in the folder C:\inetpub\CiresonPortal\Scripts\viewPanels\affectedUser - but when i change anything in the folder, there is no result on the website in the portal.
I also restartet the Cireson services, the Application cache, the IIS and the Service Manager. But no change.

Hi @Patrick_Hammer

Firstly, editing the source code is not supported so that method would not be recommended. Also, that file would only effect the Affected User "App" page.

A custom file inside the CustomSpace is the way to go that hooks into the header bar and adds some html underneath.

Cireson has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, Cireson reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. Cireson reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

Cireson reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, rule, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Cireson’s sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. Always use caution when giving out any information concerning your employer or customers, if any. Cireson does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, Cireson specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not authorized Cireson spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of Cireson.

Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in San Diego County, California, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Cireson Community Web Site. Use of the Cireson Community Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
