My Work or Team Work views - group by Queues
For the My Work or Team Work views, is there an ability to group the work items by Queues?
I create a Queue for Priority 1 Incidents. I read it can control access to who can view those work items. However, I am curious if we can somehow see what work items are in each queue the Cireson portal.

Queue are really all about access control (and SLAs).
What you probably want to do, is create a a view instead of a queue for P1 Incidents (unless you also use the queue for access control or SLAs - in which case create a view as well as the queue).
If you have a view called P1 Incidents, you can click that to see them. Extra queues not for access or SLAs are just adding background processing overhead to your system.
