Email connector - autoreponse

Hi,

Have you got any solution that not to register autoreponse messages to the workitems? ?

    @Marek_Lefek you mean that, eg if you send an email to the affected user which shall be appended to the workitem, and this user has an auto response configured. And then this auto response gets appended to the workitem as well?

    To do that, you have to be sure the connector does not process this mail. The easiest way is to create a rule, that these out of office messages or auto responses are moved to the deleted items in your connector mailbox as soon as they are received.

    Normally the mail should be processed fast enough. And even if, let's say one in a thousand auto responses gets processed, it's still better as it is now ;)

    @Simon_Zeinhofer this is exalctly that I need.Thank you. I was thinking that the connector could be faster than rules and despite the rule it will work with the message. I need to test it.
