Software Asset Permissions

Jordan_BrodzinskiJordan_Brodzinski Customer IT Monkey ✭
I am having trouble with software asset permissions. I am able to create software assets. The problem I am running into is updating the software asset after populating the Software Pattern Field. After the asset is updated and the computers and software are related, I do not have sufficient permission to save those changes. Our Cireson administrator has changed my access multiple times to different classes, but nothing seems to give me the permission I need to save the changes after updating the asset. We cannot figure out what class I need access to in order to have the sufficient permission.

    Hi @Jordan_Brodzinski

What roles is your account assigned? Is it a custom scoped role? If so has it been scoped based on our security guide? (Have attached this as a reference)

If you need further assistance we can assist troubleshooting on a support ticket.
    Regards
    Joe
