Comments in CiresonAnalytics

Is any way to put comments from tickets to CiresonAnalytics? I see that column "Comments" exist in tables SM_WorkItem_ServiceRequest and SM_WorkItem_Incident, but they are empty in all cases.
Or this column is for other purposes?

    Thanks for hint. Ill probably create a new table and I'll create runbook in SCORCH to put comments to this table.
