No Categories listing

Hi I am new to this forum, we have a new install and we cannot see any categories listing. Any help will be very handy. Our scsm install is 2019 and also very new. everything else seems to be working, can raise incidents and add Kb.

    Are you using Cireson KB or the SCSM KB?

    i think ciseron kb, because the kb from scsm is not showing up.

    Please check it out - if you haven't changed it, it's scsm by default

    I get the following error:

    • YOU DO NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED PERMISSIONS TO LOGIN.

    Sorry for such a noob question. so i need to register somewhere else. I am logged in to community here.

    Can't you use the same login as the community login?

    Are you using the free version of the portal or licensed?

    i was able to get to it using the email link for install. how do i get the categories for scsm to show?

    Sorry - I only know about the Cireson KB and i think you need a license for that feature :)

    Thank you so much I will try this, I have not been able to get the categories in. On the same page where we have I want to.... report an issue, when I click on it nothing happens. is there a link I am missing?
