How to Create a New Status for a Service Request

We currently only have In Progress, On Hold, and Closed as status options in our Service Requests. I would like to a Back Log status. How do I do that?

    You can add additional statuses in the SCSM console under Library -> Lists -> Service Request Status, but be aware these will exist outside of the Microsoft "MOF" workflow for SR's and may cause issues if you are using them with SR's that have an activity flow.
