While it's working it's way up to the top, it's not yet one of the top 5 requests and has not been accepted into the backlog yet. We are hard at work on version 8 right now and looking for a release there the first we of july. After the dust settles there we will be updating the roadmap through the middle of next year.
Great suggestion for skye for business/O365 as well.
Necro bump out of nowhere, but any news on this? :) It's one of the top 5 requested features over here on Service manager portal feature request as of now. Maybe also pair this with teams integration as a part of a bigger update down the road? :)
Yeah, we are in the planing phase of moving all our analog phones to a SfB/Teams solution. It will be awesome to have this functionality in the portal. +100 votes from me.

We are working on adding presence via MS Graph, so basically Teams & O365 presence in the portal.
