But then i created 3 more catalog item groups and according to this 3 new user roles ( i also need to split the offerings by language ) and by now none of the 3 catalog… -

Maybe an Orchestrator runbook to check for RAs with a status of 'In Progress', 'Line Manager Should Review' checked, has reviewer(s) and with a specific stage. When found, update the Stage field to something like 'Re-send Notification'. Then use the stage change as the trigger for your subscription. -

Some customers would like this as well as the cost field. They use cost for the actual item value, this is to help budget refresh projects, or work out total value in one location for insurance. However they use a custom field(s) for 'Rental Charge' for the internal cost to the business for that hardware / software. -

More detailed reporting function on Survey App results
It time consuming to click on each submission to read the results, particularly the text area field/s content. It also appears to be impossible to know which one has low results. Need to be able consolidate data to a distributable report (via SCSM reported or exportable to Excel) so we can easily read and do more analysis.
