SCSM console freezes and won't open again after editing offerings

Hey Geoff, on that P1 required issue. Its is working fine however is there a way to also only make it only required when closing or resolving the ticket only? As it it now, when a user creates a ticket as a P1 they can not save unless they enter data in the RCA fields. I really only need that data when closed / resolved.… -
