I've worked around this by updating to v6 and using a SQL Table Widget. With this I can join to the ServiceManger db's class extension tables and add whatever I need. Last actionlog date
Hi. Ive gotten a request to be able to view the last actionlog entry on a workitem. The problem is that alot of our analysts open workitems in the console and click ok when there done without changing anything, wich updates the lastmodified. Is it possible to present a date when the last actionlog entry was made? -
