Why are manual activities in a parallel block not "in progress" ?
Hi, I must be misunderstanding something basic. I have an SR with activities grouped in parallel activity blocks. I was expecting to see all inner manual activities to move to In Progress simultaneously, but this is not the case. What am I doing wrong ? IIS, by default, dumps all of it's cached information about the site every night and then re-loads all of the information in to cache when the first person navigates to the page for the day. Is this only happening on the first import of the message? Usually, it is only attached once when the case is first opened. The other way to get around this is to ensure that any images in signatures are HTML img tags. This way they are not attachments to the e-mail. Not sure if that answers your question or not.... -
