Adding Assigned and Affected User to Custom Views

Hey guys,

I am trying to add the assigned and affected user to a view which I have promoted to the portal, but I can not get the fields to populate.

I have created the columns in the xml, but they will not link to the property.

Has anyone had any success doing this?

Hi Chris

Using the view builder, it will show if you use the combination class 'Incident Advanced' (Or you any other combination class that contains what your after) as this has incident + other relationships such as affected user etc to create the view:

You shouldnt have any problems if your using the Cireson View Builder to create the view and promote to the portal.

I just did a quick test to confirm and had no issues with this:

Thanks for the reply Joe, are these columns options for you in the Cireson View Builder, or are you adding them in manually? I don't have either of these fields as display options when I create a view.
