Categories have gone!
As an end user, all the categories have disappeared in the self service portal. They still show as an analyst.
We recently did a server restart to fix an issue with the DB connection (it is our DEV site) and since then, I cannot seem to get the categories back.
I have tried republishing the Service Offerings and I have also tried recreating the categories and remapping.
Has anyone had any issues with this before or can provide some assistance?
