Is there any word on updates to the KB area coming soon? Specifically around the creation and editing of KB's. I have several people around me that refer to the act of creating a KB as, "an art" lol.

Im not aware of any on the immediate roadmap, @shaun_ericson may be able to confirm this.

Any pain points in particular that you are looking for? Or are they already open as feature requests?

Hi Joe,

I feel like I have seen a general request out there for improvements to the KB area but specifically some of the things we are experiencing are:

-Copying and pasting is a big problem. If you have a document already written up in Word, and you simply need to copy and paste it into the KB system, if you have any formatting done it will make the copy/paste very difficult.

-Numbered bullets with images is almost never possible. Sure we can use the bullet points but it would be nice to use both.

-No table of contents for analyst only content.

Copy/paste is really the biggest pain point but the formatting options in general are very annoying. They are things we can live with but for our environment it is the weakest point of the portal in terms of how much the product is liked.
