I wrote a Knowledge Base article about a week ago on this very issue:

In short, Microsoft implemented and then activated a new feature called Untrusted Font Blocking on certain Windows 10 builds (seems to be specific to Enterprise, but I haven't been able to get this confirmed). In turn, it prevent graphics or text that the OS doesn't deem to be "trustworthy", or are loaded by the computer's GDI; all obviously in the name of security.
To resolve, the feature needs to be turned off on either the computer level (via a registry key) or in the domain level (using the GP object).
*edit* And for kicks, I also threw up the article on the Community for visibility as well.

Try add the site (https://support.infrontconsulting.asia) to the intranet zone in internet options.

Yes we did that. But it not work for certain computer. Wondering any setting in IE to be configure.
If it works for localhost it would be the IE settings of that computer, Check the below is configured from KB46
Still no luck. it works great in Chrome
Any other thing that i can check in IE ?
Of course, if someone already figured this out, you would be my hero.
For example in my environment using IE 11 my internal portal works fine, but visiting the Cireson support portal all the icons are missing.
If I add Cireson to my trusted site GPO then the icons will display properly.
Make sure you are running IE11 in native mode
Test with other browsers.
