Tier Mappings are not defined for this class

Using the Notify Analyst Pro app I am not receiving notifications when a Service Request or Manual Activity is assigned to a Support Group. I am receiving notifications for Incident assignments, Incident support group changes, MA implementors, RA Reviewers.

    I think I found my issue. The Support Groups association in the "Cireson Console Apps Support Group Mappings" had been lost:
