Portal Views: definition and customisation
Hello Community,
in our company we have some custom fields that we need to see in different views.
Can we customise the default views, and is it supported?
Also I would like to know what the filter is that defines what tickets appear in the 4 default views in the Portal
+My Requests
+Team Request
+My Work
+Team Work

Konstantin_Slavin-Bo Customer Ninja IT Monkey ✭✭✭✭I don't think it's supported to include custom fields in the default views. You could promote a view to the portal, get the URL of that, and make new navigation links to link to those views.

Team Request = Any Work Item that the Current user AD Group Setup is Settings is a member of and the other users in the same group
My Work = Any Work Item that the Current user is the Assigned to User
Team Work = Any Work Item that the Current user is mapped to support group5
