transfer from the test to the production

1. In our organization are two environments test and production. After the development process, we need to transfer the changes from the test to the production. What are the ways to make such a transfer and automate it?
2. Is it possible to do this with the SCSM?

    Hi Roman,

Nearly all configuration in Service Manager is stored in Management Packs. Management Packs can be exported from one environment (Test) and imported into another (Production). Best practice is to store one specific type of configuration in a single Management Pack. For example, you could have a Management Pack that stored just "Incident List Values," and another that stores a specific "Request Offering." By keeping the scope of what is stored in a Management Pack limited, it allows you to elevate that specific content to another environment.

The other option here is to use Cireson's Lifecycle Management (LMA) App to migrate content. LMA is able to migrate Management Packs in bulk, as well as Configuration Items, Work Items, and Settings that are not stored in Management Packs.

    Thanks,
    Nick
