User in Advanced Operator Role doesn't have the "My Team" icon in toolbar

Hi,

What could cause a user who is configured as member of an ad group attached to an Advanced Operator role for which a queue and support group is defined to not see the "My Team" icon in the toolbar ? I checked and double-checked all the settings and I can't find what's wrong ?

    Indeed, I needed to add this agent's group to the group defined as AnalystADGroup in the Setting Items page of the portal Admin Settings. Thanks for pointing that out Adam.
