User in Advanced Operator Role doesn't have the "My Team" icon in toolbar
What could cause a user who is configured as member of an ad group attached to an Advanced Operator role for which a queue and support group is defined to not see the "My Team" icon in the toolbar ? I checked and double-checked all the settings and I can't find what's wrong ?

Adam_Dzyacky Product Owner Contributor Monkey ✭✭✭✭✭That sounds like the Advanced Operator role the user is a part of is not part of an Analyst group that rolls into the AD Group for "All SCSM Analysts" that is defined in the setup of the portal.6
