unable to view requests

anyone know why some closed requests become unable to be viewed in the Portal or SCSM, but I can see them in reports from the Reports server? it doesnt seem to be an age issue as older request are visible

    It is based on your data retention settings in the SCSM console.
    Once they are closed and hit the retention setting value they are removed from SCSM and only live in the warehouse/reports.
