When grouping reqeusts by CREATED DATE, portal is grouping them by the wrong date.

When grouping requests by CREATED DATE, portal is grouping them by the wrong date. It's off by one day.


Is anyone else seeing this?


We are seeing it in our 'test' environment that is running 9.3.8 and 'production' environment that is running 9.3.3.


I've tried the "Reset View" button, no change.

    I wonder if it's more of an issue of UTC time vs LocalTime.
