Purge ServiceManagement DB of Deleted tickets (test tickets)

I deleted a few test tickets in the SM console and i need to purge the Portal db. I know i had found it in the KB but i forget where and i have been searching but cant find it.

    Hey Joshua, run this against ServiceManagement DB:
    truncate table workitems
    Then restart cachebuilder to repopulate the remaining work items.

    Acutally now i have another problem after running that command and restarting cachebuilder service, i only see 2 tickets in the portal and nothing else and the rest of my team dont see any tickets....

    truncate table LastModifed
