SCSM List of AD users within a Department

Dear All,

Is there a way to get a pull down list of AD users within a department attribute i.e. equal to something?

Hi Daniel,

Yes, this can be done.

Within your RO or ARO create a simple list containing a list of your departments. I say simple list for simplicity of this post. Best practice, you should create a custom enum, MP or use Cireson Asset Management Standards for the list of Departments.

Now add you Query Results to the RO or ARO, in Configure Prompts configure the Query Results - for class select your AD Users, for configure criteria add Department and set to contains or equals then select your simple list from "set token'. The remainder of the settings are self-explanatory.
