Email subscription not firing with current criteria

Alfie_ThomasAlfie_Thomas Customer IT Monkey ✭

Hi guys,

Hopefully me being silly here and missing something simple. I have created the ARO with the title mapped as below and then created the subscription to follow it (Have tried using ID) but the email doesn't send. I guess It's the Related class I am selecting?

I did use all the ID's I could find.

Thanks in advance guys.

    Hi @Alfie_Thomas

It looks like you just have the wrong conditions setup, because you have Title AND id AND id, so all 3 of these conditions have to be true in order for the event to fire.

You should just need Service Request Title Contains and that should be sufficient.

    Hope this helps.
