Review Activities replies not picked up
since some time we are experiencing an issue where RAs replied via email are not picked up from Service Manager. We cannot identify a specific pattern or group of users for which it fails.
Issue was happening with low frequency in the past but lately we see it happening for 2-3 hours every day. It works again normally with no change.
In the Workflow status the Reviewer Voted Workflow has no errors , however it misses incoming RAs replies.
I have cleaned up the Health State folder but did not solve the issue.
Moreover, there are no logs in the event viewer.
Any ideas where should i start investigating and troubleshooting?
