Review Activities replies not picked up
Hi all,
since some time we are experiencing an issue where RAs replied via email are not picked up from Service Manager. We cannot identify a specific pattern or group of users for which it fails.
Issue was happening with low frequency in the past but lately we see it happening for 2-3 hours every day. It works again normally with no change.
In the Workflow status the Reviewer Voted Workflow has no errors , however it misses incoming RAs replies.
I have cleaned up the Health State folder but did not solve the issue.
Moreover, there are no logs in the event viewer.
Any ideas where should i start investigating and troubleshooting?

@George_Kouskouridas - It sounds like it's more of an issue with the Exchange Connector vs any workflows. Are the messages getting deleted from the Exchange Connector user's inbox?
