ARO Multiple Mapping issue

Simon_ZeinhoferSimon_Zeinhofer Customer Ninja IT Monkey ✭✭✭✭

Hello guys,

we encountered a problem with the multiple mapping in the Advanced Request Offering Builder.

Whenever we map a value like in the versions before, that means the "Default", everything is working fine.

But, when we map e.g. the user's username or office, or whatever, the RO is saving "forever" and nothing happens.

It doesn't matter which property we take, the "outcome" is the same --> The RO won't save.

Is this a common issue? We are using portal version 11.2.2.2016

    Hello @Brett_Moffett ,

I guess I really have to look through my old postings here.

This issue also got solved in a newer version - Everything is fine :)

    Hi @Simon_Zeinhofer

Did you log a support call for this issue?

It sounds like there was some sort of validation issue on the ARO page.

the best way to see if this is the issue is to open the developer tools int he browser and take a look at the console tab. If it is reporting an error then it should give some indication of what's happening.

It may also be an issue with the ARO management pack that needs to be updated or had an error in the version you were running.

Keen to know if this is still an issue or not.

    Thanks

    Brett
