Any plans for "Escalation" task

Dear all,

Its the first time I'm missing it :)

I've found Custom Task - "Transfer" — Cireson Community.

It would be great if that is an OOTB Task made by Cireson or simply an Add-In.

What do you think?

    Yes we are always actively discussing what new Add-Ins we should be adding to the product.

    The biggest issue I think we have is the number of Add-Ins and which ones the most number of people would get benefit from.

    I would have thought a good escalation process would be fairly high on everyone's list but to be honest, I don't really see very many customers with a mature and well understood escalation path for tickets.

    Is that because there isn't a simple task to do it? or because they rarely escalate tickets? or maybe they have no clue who does what in their organization so wouldn't know who to escalate to?!

    Who knows.

    I think people like @Geoff_Ross or @Justin_Workman might be able to give more insight in to this task as an Add-In and if it will appear any time soon.
