User input when creating a ticket through powershell
We have a large request form in another ticket system which through integration creates a ticket in our Service Manager environment using Powershell and specifying which template the ticket should be created with. I have received a request from our users asking if it's possible to populate User Input when the ticket is created because they are used to look at the user input when they work with the ticket.
As far as I can tell it looks like the user input field is connected with the ARO and is only used when registering a ticket through the portal.
