SCSM 2019 and Notification Channel with Exchange Online
We are currently setting up our notification channel in 2019, but had some questions about authentication. Came across this post https://community.cireson.com/discussion/3267/smtp-for-outbound-emails-and-office365, but curious if anyone else is using the SMTP relay method? Using Basic auth to EXO?
Yes, we are using an on-prem SMTP relay with (anonymous auth), which sends the mail through to EXO, signed with our DKIM, etc.
