Update Action Log of all Child Tickets when updates to Parent Ticket Action Logs are made?

    You could accomplish that with an Orchestrator Monitoring Runbook. Maybe also with an SCSM Workflow, but that would need some hacking of the xml I guess 🙈

    With the SCO Runbook you could monitor every Action Log and if the IR is a Parent IR and has related Child IRs you could add that action log to each of them. We have something similar, but in our case for status change. I would recommend scripting it though and not using the OOTB SCO functions. If you need help, I can send you a script prototype.

    I'll share this with our system admin. and see if they want to pursue it. There have been some concerns with system performance and sustainability with all of these 'hacks' though..

    Could it be added to the TASKS or EDIT option in the Portal? Something that is 'supported' by Cireson?
