Last Modified By ? in the MY WORK view

So, we have busy support groups and we have lots of work items pending.

One thing that would be useful is knowing who/what last updated a ticket in the MY WORK view.

As is, our staff is required to open the ticket to see WHO last modified the ticket, often times only to see their own work.

It would be nice to have some way to flag the ticket by WHO last modified it in the MY WORK view, or something like, the ticket info that is visible being BOLD if anything has changed since the analyst last views the ticket.


Any thoughts on how others are solving this?
