Cireson Hotfixes - This file couldn't be downloaded

When we try to download the Cireson Portal Hotfix 5.0.8 from https://support.cireson.com/software/#/portal-hotfix it simply hangs and eventually gives us a "This page cannot be displayed"

We've tried using both Chrome and IE 11 to download this file, and while we can download all the other  apps, we currently cannot download any of the hotfixes including the one we want.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Edit:  I've noticed the links that do work are in the format "https://support.cireson.com/software/downloads/*.zip" and all the hotfixes are in the format "http://bit.ly/CiresonPortalHotfix***"

    Hello Conner,

    I just tried to download hotfix 5.0.8 and had no issues whatsoever. Out of sheer curiosity, can you try to clear out your cookies and temporary internet files on your computer?

    If you do notice that the problem is within your office network (not specific to a computer), try restarting the modem/router and see if that helps.

    Hi Dakota, I tried as you said but still no luck.  I also had another user try on their computer but still no.
    I will try on my home computer.  If still no, I doubt it's the ISP and may be some sort of region locked issue.

    Hi Dakota, I was able to get the fix at home, so something is up at work, I'll see if your direct link works at work I guess....

    I can confirm at work your direct link works, however the bit.ly version does not work like it did at home.  Being an Enterprise Environment it'd be difficult to troubleshoot this issue further, and as I already have the fix, I'm satisfied.

    Good stuff! Troubleshooting an office environment can be a bit tricky, especially if hardware firewalls and comprehensive security settings are involved. But at least you got a working download link!

    Same issue with Hot-fix 5.0.9 at work, I'll have to log a ticket about this being an issue, maybe we'll be able to fix our side of things.

    Thanks Dakota, the direct link worked again :) .  Hopefully we will be able to solve our end of the issue and figure out how this is happening.
