Home page layout change - swapping objects

Hi guys,
I'm looking on the Home page and I would like to swap locations of the “Featured Articles” with “Report a Problem” and “Popular Articles” with  “Request a Change or Something New”. Do you have any ideas where can it be done?

This is not something that is currently possible.  The only homepage customizations that are possible at this time are CSS customizations.  We have a story in our backlog to make the homepage customizable similar to how you build dashboards in the upcoming v6 release.  I would submit a feature request to make the homepage customizable and see if the community agrees this is needed.

If this is a huge priority for your company you could also reach out to our Consulting Services to develop a custom solution for you.
