Performance issues with Internet Explorer 10 & 11
Hello We recently noticed that when a user fills in a Service Request with multiple tabs in Internet Explorer 10 or 11, the loading time between the tabs is up to 40 seconds. Is there any known issue with IE10 or 11 and Cireson? The loading time with Chrome or Firefox is only a second or 2. We did already restart the SCSM… -
Any ideas for grouping multiple request prompts into the 1 -Eg. Create 10 VMs with different prompts
We have a number of requests from IT for requests like Create VMs, Decommission Equipment, etc. These often need to be done in a group, meaning sequesters need multiple VMs created with differing attributes/prompts. Asking them to submit 10 requests for 10 VMs, each with 20+ prompts doesn't go down well, so does anyone… -
Saving an IR or SR can take more than 10 -15 seconds for some of our Analysts
Hi - I was just wondering whether anyone else had experienced this - for some of our Analysts it can take more than 10 or 15 seconds to save an IR or SR, but for others it takes an average of 3 to 5 seconds. Cireson v6 upgrade failed & cache builder missing

The groups are available via the out of the box user query. So I thought they should be also available in navigation settings. Received announcement not displayed
