Be able to Copy to IR or SR item (Like the Copy To New)
So we have this sometimes where a IR comes in to Help Desk that should infact be a SR item. So in these cases a copy to new work item would be a great benefit. All info from the previous WI will be copied over and it will be closed with a note that says that it has been closed and that there is a new WI with a new ID. -
