Bugs after upgrading to 9.0.13?

we just recently upgraded to SSP 9.0.13 and looks like we have some bugs or maybe just our wrong configuration. Maybe someone has something similar and will be able to help:

  • Team works looks like not counting correctly number of tickets in queue (there is 20 tickets but view is showing 62). Also in DB is not so many active tickets for this queue
  • Change status task is not showing all our custom statuses in SR. We can see only OOB statuses like In Progress, Hold On, Canceled.

Do you have some similar experience with it?

    Hey Martin,

    I have not seen this after an upgrade of 9.0.13.

    Sounds like a Caching issue. Can you set the logging level to DEBUG and perform a CacheBuilder Service restart.

    If you are still seeing issue then check the log files to see if any errors are reported.

    @Martin_Strbavy We have just upgraded to 9.3.1 and I see some different behaviour at the Team View than before. We always group by "Assigned User" but after upgrading we have to also sort the "assigned user" coloumn to get the grouping right.
