Disabled user CI still showing in Request Offerings
I have user CI that is disabled in AD and has been moved to an OU that is not synced by the AD Connector in SCSM, but the CI keeps appearing in Request Offerings as an active user CI.
It appears as though the AD connector is not dropping the CI from the DB and/or flagging it as a Deleted Item.
Works fine for any other user CI that is disabled in AD and moved to an OU that is not within the AD Connector's scope.
Can someone suggest what would cause this and how i can resolve it?

Could of things here:
- If they are in SCSM still, then the Portal will still be bringing them through
- If they are in SCSM but marked as deleted and in the recycle bin, you could just put a criteria in the query results to say where user is not pending delete
- Otherwise you will need to completely clear them out of SCSM then follow the user section of the below KB to clear these old users from the Portal:
