Hi, is there an easier way to add screenshots to an incident than to save them as an image file and uploading them one by one ?

I mean something like a simple copy/paste of an image as I can do in this board ?

On a simliar note , one of our users was wondering why he couldn't add file attachement through a drag&drop style field in an ARO , but had to click a button an add files one by one. There certainly could be imporvements made to the file attachement input in the ARO's i guess.

The fact that we don't have simple copy/paste of images in incidents is a showstopper for adoption of the portal for a department in our company who need a lot of screenshots. I noticed that in a comment, I can paste formatted text and images, but the formatting and images are not preserved.
