In our environment just created separate rules, one to technician when comment add by requester and vice versa. When a private comment is added it only sends to technician. Add ability to email or share a KB article to users who do not have direct access to the Portal.
It would be nice to be able to share an article with users who wouldn't normally have access to the analyst content. When working with audits or managers that do not use the portal, we have to do screen prints which is time consuming and cannot be edited for comments or suggestions.
