Hello there, I work in a 3-language company and so i have to create every ARO in 3 seperate languages. On top of that not every language-region gets every ARO provided, so basically I have 3 different front-ends. @Peter_Miklian Typically when you setup your catalog you trim the service offerings so when a HR rep logs in they see the HR catalog and same for IT person. Why are there more Users in SCSM than AD?
While creating a notification subscription, the list of available recipients is 9. In SCSM > Users, it shows 9 results as well. However, in our AD, they don't exist.
