Quick Create and mandatory fields

We recently started to use Quick Create (New, Work Item, Service Request, Quick Create) to keep track of all questions we got from users.
I have created a new template for that and changed it in the portal and that works good.

But can we somehow make the Affected User field mandatory? Some of our notifications and automation depends on having an Affected User and for that user to be correct (not the analyst).

I found a guide on how to change the service_request.js, but that only works for "New Service Request", no the Quick Create.
